Marshmallow Fondant

Today I will be giving you a recipe for marshmallow fondant. In my opinion this is way better tasting than regular fondant. Its sweeter and makes a more delicious cake. I have to admitt making fondant takes sometime and arm muscles but it is worth it in the end.
Marshmallow Fondant
  • 16 ounces of white mini marshmallows (use a good quality brand)
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons of warm water
  • 2 pounds of powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup crisco (shortening)
Directions
  1. Melt all of the marshmallows in a big bowl with 2 tablespoons of water in the microwave. To microwave out it in for 30 seconds and then take it out and stir repeat this until it is completely melted.
  2. Put 3/4 of the powdered sugar on top of the melted marshmallow mix and stir together just a little bit.
  3. Then grease your counter heavily. Also grease your hands thoroughly. Then dump your mix onto the greased counter.
  4. Start kneading like you would bread dough. You will immediately see why you have greased your hands.
  5. Keep kneading and add the rest of the powdered sugar and knead some more. Re-grease your hands and counter when the fondant starts sticking. If the mix is tearing easily, it is to dry, so add some more WARM water to it and keep kneading.
  6. It is best if you can let it sit, double wrapped, overnight
  7. Wrap in a plastic-type wrap product and then put it in a re-sealable or Ziploc bag. Squeeze out as much air as possible.
Now you have marshmallow fondant. Hope it turns out great because it did for me today, and it was my very first time making it(:

Don't Eat Chickens' Nuggets

Now this title may seem weird but I literally mean don't eat chicken's nugget. Most people are aware of the poor quality of a chicken nugget but for those who are unaware let me tell you something, a chicken nugget is possibly the most nastiest parts of chicken mushed together and fried. I know this because I've done my research and if you ever actually looked inside a chicken nugget it doesn't even look like chicken (Mc Donald's) as opposed to where other places (Like Carl's Jr) serve chicken strips that are actually made from real chicken.
Basically anything out of the ordinary like chicken nuggets, chicken squares, and chicken stars should not be sold period. Don't eat anything that you are suspicious of. Just be more aware of what you put in your mouth.
